Who processes the data
The controller is VibeIT OÜ (reg. code 17602815, Tiigi tee 1, Uusküla, Jõelähtme Parish, 74120 Harju County, Estonia). Questions and requests: info@fieldfix.ee.
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the “Book a demo” form yourself: name, company, e-mail, phone (optional), number of buildings and technicians. To block automated requests, the form receiver keeps your IP address for up to an hour in server memory only; it is not stored.
The website uses no cookies, analytics or ad tracking. Fonts are served from our own server — opening the page does not send your data to third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
To contact you, arrange a demo and make an offer. Basis: your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep the enquiry for up to 12 months after the last contact if no contract is made. With a contract, the periods in the contract and the Accounting Act apply.
Who else sees the data
The website and e-mail run on Hostinger International Ltd. servers in the European Union, the form receiver on a Supabase Inc. server in Ireland (EU); they process the data on our behalf. The data is not sold or shared for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing and to object. Write to info@fieldfix.ee — we reply within 30 days. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
The FieldFix app
This policy covers the website. Data processing in the FieldFix app (jobs, reports, photos, signatures) is described in the customer contract and the data processing agreement.
