For Estonian maintenance and property management companies

From work order to invoice — no paper, no retyping.

The technician fills in the report on site on a phone — in Russian if that suits them. The customer and the housing association receive it in Estonian, the property manager approves it with one tap, and the approved report goes to Merit and the Korto log by itself.

  • Merit and Korto connected
  • Technician in Russian — report in Estonian
  • Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac

One workflow

From work order to accounting — one system, not six spreadsheets.

  1. 1

    Work order

The office or property manager adds the job — building and description are already there.

  2. 2

    Technician

The technician assigned in the planner gets a notification on their phone.

  3. 3

    Report on site

Photos, work and materials — even in a basement with no internet.

  4. 4

    Manager approval

The property manager approves the report with one tap or sends it back.

  5. 5

    Merit and Korto

The approved report goes to Merit and the association's Korto log by itself.

  6. 6

    Accounting

The invoice is made in Merit from ready data — nobody retypes anything.

Sound familiar?

Everyday problems of maintenance companies — and how FieldFix solves them.

Paper reports get lost in the van or never get filled in.

The report is filled in on site on a phone — with photos and the customer's signature. The PDF is created automatically.

No signal in the basement, and the job stalls.

FieldFix works offline and sends everything once the connection is back.

You have to call property managers and remind them to approve reports.

The manager approves on the phone with one tap; reminders go out automatically as notifications and a weekly e-mail.

The office copies reports into Merit and Korto by hand.

The approved report goes to Merit as an order and to the association's Korto log as a service report.

The technician writes in Russian, but the association needs the document in Estonian.

AI corrects the technician's text and translates it into Estonian — the facts stay the same, the original can be restored.

Language is no barrier

The technician works in Russian — the customer gets the report in Estonian.

Everyone uses FieldFix in their own language, while reports, quotes and letters are always produced in the company's document language. The AI helps translate — it does not invent.

The app in each employee's language

  • Interface in Estonian, Russian and English
  • Each employee picks their own language
  • Checklists and job names go into the document in Estonian

Documents in the document language

  • Reports, quotes and letters — in Estonian
  • Even when the technician filled in the report in Russian
  • The association and the customer get a proper document without retyping

Built-in AI translates and corrects

  • The technician dictates or types in Russian — the AI corrects the text and translates it into Estonian
  • Facts stay the same, the original can always be restored
  • Before each visit, a short summary of the building's history in the technician's language
For contractors and small businesses

A light version: the handover report and the customer on one phone.

An electrician, plumber or repair company needs no planner and no back office. In the light version of FieldFix the tradesperson writes the handover report on site, the customer signs it on the phone and gets the PDF by e-mail right away.

Handover report on site

  • Work, materials and hours on one page
  • Before and after photos
  • The report is ready before you leave the site

The customer signs

  • Signature right on the tradesperson's phone
  • PDF to the customer by e-mail right after the job
  • Private person or company — details from the Business Register

Invoice without retyping

  • The report goes to Merit
  • Work and materials are not lost on paper
  • All reports and customers in one place
More work from the same buildings

A defect found during maintenance no longer stays on paper.

A defect marked by the technician becomes a quote in a few clicks. The manager decides on the phone, and an accepted quote immediately becomes a new job.

  1. 1Defect marked in the service report
  2. 2The quote reaches the manager's phone
  3. 3The accepted quote becomes a new job for the technician
